Returns

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are damaged, please send an email to info@flowishhair.com to discuss this further. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days after receive, provided they are in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on beauty and haircare products.

Request a return

Contact info@flowishhair.com and ask for a return form. Fill it in and send your package to us. In case of a refund, you will receive your money within 7 workdays after we received the product.
